CALA SANTANYÍ DIVING CENTRE

Diving is one of the last great adventures in these modern times.
An enchanting world of many shapes and forms is waiting for you.
The sensation of feeling weightless in the water means that many who have tried this sport became addicted to it!


The Diving Centre is located on the very edge of the sea, beneath the Hotel Pinos Playa, with Accomodation available there.
In this way, you can enjoy diving without having to put up with uncomfortable journeys in vans or by other means which are so boring for enthousiasts.
For non-diving family members and friends, the beach is only 100 m. from the Base.


There is a dinghy which holds 12 people that we use to reach the 25 different dive sites which are in te cove itself or up to 5 sea miles away.
The water is normally very clear with excellent visibility at all the dive sites where you are able to see a wide variety of Mediterranean life: octopus, moray eels, dusky sea perch,sciaena ...


For beginners in this sport, we have a dive site directly from the Base with depths which vary from 3 to 8 meters which is ideal for those starting to explore this fantastic and extraordinary world.
It is also possible to go diving at night when you can really enjoy all shades and hues of colour in the light from the lamps.


Safety plays an extremely important role at all times in the Cala Santanyí Diving Centre. The base has 25 complete sets of diving gear, a compressor which operates at 380 litres per minute, and we also have space for guests to store their own equipment during their holidays.
